Doom Drips

Doom Drips was brewed in collaboration with our good buddies @foambrewers. We started off with a single decoction mash featuring a blend of our favorite continental base malt, the resulting liquid then hopped with Crystal hops from @fourstarfarms and @champlain.valley.hops and treated with a touch of sour wort before being sent off to ferment low and slow from several weeks. Following fermentation, we hit it with another dose of Crystal from both states. The final product is an export-strength Pilsner showcasing a beautifully balanced bitterness and notes of light peach, grapefruit rind, and boreal petrichor.
