Here’s your ticket to a cold world that’s wicked. HOW THE GODS CHILL is an American Lager hopped with Michigan Chinook. We decocted the mash, hopped it a little heavier than it’s summer counterpart, sent it over to the tank and fermented it cold AF, then hit it with some more Chinook and spunded it to build that natural carb. This beer is super crispy with a refreshing and pleasantly bitter finish. We’re getting subtle notes of pine and a hint of grapefruit pith.
