Brewed in Collaboration with Amorys Tomb from Maynard Massachusetts. For this beer we brewed a Saison with a grist consisting of pilsner and rice, hopped with lemondrop hops and fermented with a blend of saison and sake yeast. This beer is brimming with notes of lemongrass, bubblegum, and a bit of clove. A clean hit of bitterness up front and a little sake on the finish. For those born to raise hell!

NO can date
High fizzy effervescent carb foamy super frothy bubbly head with fair retention, little whispy lacing, crystal clear light pale color
Nose has some light pilsner malt, doughy straw, fruity esters and interesting spice phenols from Belgian yeast, bubblegum, light citrus, some sake rice like floral earthy characters, light clove like spices, lemon zest
Taste brings more of everything, fair doughy cereal straw pilsner malt, into citrus, lemon zest, bubblegum and more fruity esters from the Belgian saison yeast, light pepper and clove phenols, mild bitter citrus rind, again a bit of a sake like floral character potentially polished rice, fruity herbal back end with a dry finish, fair bitterness
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, soft, higher effervescent carb
Overall quite interesting and enjoyable, good crossover style that I would like to see become more popular
