750ml bottle served in a champagne glass. Bought it at the brewery a few weeks ago.
Pours clear pinkish-amber with a big flash of fizzy head that dissipates quickly and leaves a ton of champagne-y carbonation. Smell is medium tart, light mustiness (like a musty cellar), as well as some grapes and grape must -- definitely some kind of fruity aroma, but kind of ambiguous.
Taste is tart, slow straw mustiness, fruit tartness, some white grape and nectarine or other pale stone fruit flavors.
Mouthfeel is very dry and light. Overall, very good.
