L:. Pours a bright pinkish red with a small white head and a slight finger or two of lacing.
S:. Notes of raspberry, a bit of mustard, a light lactic acid and sour, some toasted bread in the background.
T:. Lots of raspberry, some cherry, a bit of vanilla, a medium sourness and some acid at the end.
F:. Coats the whole mouth in sourness.
O:. Not a bad sour, but it just doesn't all come together, to be a fantastic sour.
