16 ounce cask pour into a tumbler pint glass at the brewery.
No sparkler used.
L: Amber, slight haze, almost no head, just a thin off-white ring, no life here.
S: Weak nose, malt, kind of a sweet bread and dark sugar note.
T: Malt flavor is bland, mild woody hop bitterness, Low flavor but English in character.
F: Light body, very low carbonation, creamy, chewy.
O: Unfortunately this seems to be past its prime, but is still OK, no oxidation, just lifeless and bland, will have to try a fresher cask of this or a draught pour and compare.
