Appearance: Pours a hazy orangish red. Foam is maybe 1 inch and quickly fades. Large bubbles and lacing form on the
Aroma: Wheaty, grainy aroma of strawberry preserves. Sweet with a mild spicy euro hop note.
Taste: Dry tart and crisp with sweet fruity punch with strawberries. Very rustic with a rough sourness that is both pleasant and refreshing. A grainy, malty finish
Mouthfeel: Clean, Crisp and refreshing. With a drying carbonation bite that helps cleanse the palate.
Drinkability: Although its the only strawberry beer that I have ever had it is also pretty good. Its crisp and clean. The strawberry taste is present and powerful but it doesn't taste artificial. Very good and worth trying.

Appearance: light amber to orange, hazy, poor head formation (just a bit of froth)
Aroma: grainy malt base, hint of woodsy hops and a smaller hint of cooked strawberries, citric
Flavor: dry malt backbone with a summery tartness pervading, somewhat fruity, a touch of strawberry sweetness on the tail end before the dry/tart finish, aftertaste of grain and grape skins
Mouthfeel: light body, fine carbonation, clean
Other comments: Beers using strawberries are not that common. Personally only tried a few, the most interesting ones being Oudbeitje from Hanssens Artisanaal. This one is nothing like that, but it's an OK fruit beer. Not sweetened, so it's quite refreshing. Reminds me a bit of Abita's Purple Haze, though with strawberry instead of raspberry.
