Had it on tap at Fins Fish House, Rehoboth, DE. From their brewpub from the same ownership; always happy to support local business.
Pours a nice black color with little head that soon disapates. Aroma and taste are predominately sweet, almost rich, and cocoa like. Although it is brewed with oysters, I did not detect anything briny, yet, I can see how the sweetness would be a great pairing to contrast with oysters. Medium to full and slightly viscuous but easy to drink. I enjoyed it.
