This beer is unlike any other, hence the name. A light beer brewed with Delaware malted barley and wheat flakes, we went rogue and fermented this beer with a blend of our house ale strain and a wild strain of brettanomyces, then aged two months in our stainless steel tanks. Notes of raw honey, vanilla, and rose pedal are noticeable among a variety of others. Come try it and you tell us what you taste!

Did not really notice any of the flavors noted in description. Better as warmed. Very light. Meh.

Had it on tap at Fins Ale House and Raw Bar, DE.
Pours a hazy straw color with a moderate foam head that soon dissipates.
The use of brett is instantly apparent in the aroma, as it emits a light funk. However, it is somewhat fleeting as soon the sweetness from the barley and wheat and barley take over. Also, there are notes of honey and flowers.
Surprisingly I’m not getting any funk, tart or sour in the taste. Instead, I get more of a sweet taste that highlights the grains and that evokes flavors honey and vanilla. There is also a touch of citrus, perhaps orange peel. There is virtually no hops bitterness nor spice in general
The mouthfeel is light and crisp. The carbonation is moderate. There is some dryness overall but not much. The finish is clean.
A bit hard to categorize this beer. Fins Ale House (part of Big Oyster Brewery) refers to it as an American Wild Ale in their menu, as does Untappd. However, to confuse matters further, the Big Oyster website calls it a Farmhouse/Table Beer. Since I’m adding this beer, hard for me to pick; it’s not sour, not peppery and dry enough for a Saison. I suppose I’ll stick to Wild Ale. It was tasty enough but a little out of sorts fir style and a bit pedestrian in complexity. Not their best effort IMHO.
