Fermented with brettanomyces and brewed with peach, pineapple, mango, and oranges in the kettle then dry hopped strictly with El Dorado hops. Notes of fresh pressed orange juice, pineapple, and a hint of tropical funk.

Very good funky kettle sour /wild ale. Intentionally tropical... peach, pineapple, mango, orange with Brett and nice hoppy push from dry hopping with El Dorado. Nicely balanced, delicious and refreshing. Went great with my duck quesadilla. Happy to see it’s on the rotation. My favorite Big Oyster so far. Nice job!
