We used over 400 lbs of pureed blueberries and heaps of vanilla beans abound.. Flavor profile: Tart and Jammy like Grandma's blueberry pie.

Had it on tap on my first visit to Big Oyster Brewery, DE.
Pours a hazy raspberry color with a thin ring of lacing.
Predictably, the aroma consists of blueberry and vanilla beans.
The taste is also comprised of these flavors, alongside a firm malt body. The tartness is quite accessible and manageable; not acidic or mouth puckering at all, rather, a touch of tartness with flavors derived from lactobactillius. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Refreshing and easy to drink.
A solid kettle sour that is refreshing, balanced/not too tart; the blueberry and vanilla add a nice touch.
