Soft and creamy, double dry hopped with Ella and Kohatu hops. Notes of pressed ripe pineapple and lime zest with subtle piney undertones

On tap at Fins (the restaurant associated with Big Oyster Brewery). Pours an opaquely hazy amber-yellow with a fluffy off-white head. Initial impression is very juicy, soft, and somewhat sweet. Mouthfeel is squarely in the NEIPA corner - soft and juicy. Finish is more of the same, but with a slight astringent bitterness that, in my opinion, detracts from the overall score. Good but not exceptional.
