On nitro draught at the brewery. Pours a dark brown to black color. A large foam head retains well, leaves thick layers of lacing.
The aromas are sweet, nutty and biscuity. Notes of chocolate, graham cracker, oatmeal, marshmallow and a touch of cinnamon.
The taste is sweet but not too much so as there are some nice roasty notes of espresso and cocoa. Flavors of bittersweet dark chocolate, marshmallow, graham cracker, and lots of creamy oats. Bitterness is mild but nicely balancing.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Finish is roasty and has some dryness. Carbonation is gentle, as it is nitro. Nice overall and easy to drink. I would have again.
