Medium haze. Moderately juicy aroma does not live up to the TDH claim on can. My first encounter with the latest NZ hop, Superdelic, and I can taste the berry sweetness, as advertised, also some peachiness over an assertive tropical base. Pretty good flavor, but I'm not getting the namesake dankness. Soft but not remarkable body. Sample may not have been the freshest.

Notes via stream of consciousness: I'm not sure what all of this means but the label reads "HAZY INDIA PALE ALE TDH W/ EL DORADO, GALAXY & STRATA HOPS & BREWED WITH TERPY DANKNESS". A rough pour has brought up a full head of white foam atop a very hazy yellow gold body. The first think that comes to mind in the aroma are the Galaxy hops. Ahh, I notice that the label also reads "Malt Beverage With Natural Flavors". I wonder if that's the "terpy dankness". It's sweetish with notes of soft orange, passion fruit, and light resins. Is that the "dankness"? Ahh, there's something else to note, which is that this version is labeled at 7% ABV as opposed to the previous 8.3% version. On to the taste... it's very much like the aroma. I get some oat flavor in the malt, and more "Red Hot Dollars" chili-like cannabis or "dankness". There's some pineapple, peach, honeycrisp apple, dull melon, and even a bit of cherry in the finish. I'm sure there's even more there but I'll leave that up to you to find. It's not that bitter, which is a good thing, and it still finishes fairly dry with some resins and spiciness lingering. I don't really get the alcohol beyond a minor presence that should always be there in a stronger beer, and that's a good thing. The body is medium leaning towards the fuller side but it's not as full and creamy as a lot of hazy beers. That doesn't bother me at all I'm just pointing it out. All in all I think it's a very good beer but the head retention and lacing should both have been better, and the aroma could have been fuller as well, particularly for a triple dry hopped IPA.

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a hazy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus. Taste is dank, citrus, light tropical fruit, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.
