From a 12 oz can purchased at supermarket.
L: Clearish straw
S: Mild with corn, grain, slightly floral
T: Clean, crisp, hoppy, and very well balanced.
F: Light with good carbonation
O: This is maybe the best Kölsch style beer I've had in the states. Very surprised and will definitely purchase again.

Very much dig this, I just hope the hazy appearance wasn't on purpose to be trendy. Points docked for poor clarity.

Can best by 12/30/19. Taster/stange.
A: poured a slightly hazy bright straw yellow. Two fingers of thick white head faded slightly, but a 1/4 inch head lasted right to the end. Rings of lacing as I drank it down.
S: faint grain and malt. Some noble hop, but not too much.
T: arrives with a crisp, textured malt. Super clean and crisp on mid palate, turning slightly green and noble hoppy right at the finish. Wow! This tastes like some of the better German helles I’ve had.
M: thick for a lighter style, creamy and mouth filling like an ale, but super crisp on the finish.
O: possibly the best American Kolsch-style ale I’ve had. Will drink and review again in greater depth. Could drink many sixes of this. I’ve been really impressed with Saucy.

I got a can of this off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had had corn husk and earth notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp grain and bitter hpp finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

From the 12oz can in a snifter. This solid kolsch pours a
chill hazed pale straw with a decent head of white foam that
settles to a thick fine beaded ring and a thin dusty layer with
light lacing. Nose of cracker, light breaded malts, and honey
sweet malts with a touch of pear and grape notes. Flavors
follow the nose with honey touched malts with breaded malts
and a touch of dry cracker with some pear crispness amongst
a touch of herbal hops. Nice mouth feel; medium light body,
medium light carbonation, smooth, and lightly crisp with a
subtle dryness on the rear.
Overall, a SOLID brew from a new to me brewery.
Cheers

Description: Thick, foamy white head that retains well. Pale straw color and lots of bubbles rising in the glass. Smell is musty, bready and malty, but altogether pretty light and unexciting. Taste is sweeter than expected and has a musty, somewhat bitter finish. However, there's a lot of bready sweetness going on, even to the point of being almost fruity. Feel was very light and lots of carbonation, which is expected with this style.
Overall: 3.75 (This beer is good but I would not likely drink it again) Admittedly, I just don't care for the style so take my words with a grain of salt. I found it generally bland. It might be o.k. on a hot day a cookout or at a baseball game but I wouldn't make it a regular 'go-to' beer.

A nice lemon, pear/apple and floral/herbal hop flavor on top of some light wheat grain.
Light and crisp with an earthy finish. Not overly dry or carbonated like many. Seems to drink a little more like a lager in a lot of ways. Not a big Kolsch fan byany means, but this is an excellent example for me.
