A traditional “clear” German style hefeweizen featuring Michigan grown Super Saaz hops. Subtle banana and subdued clove yeast character. Clean drinking and filtered to be super bright.

Foggy pale gold with a dense, bright white head settling to a thick cream with high, raised edges.
Smell is crisp pear, clean white bread and light phenolic spice
Taste is spicier on the Begian yeast front, and also exhibits bread, pear, banana, corn and grass, with a crisp, medium-light body, moderate froth and semi-wet finish. They need to get their yeast under control for these European-inspired beers, it's a little too in your face.
