Our new Drifter Series features a yeast that isn't an Ale or a Lager strain. This special yeast produces lactic acid, making it a category unto itself. The inaugural beer in this experimental series is a yeast only Sour Blonde. Not a Kettle Sour. It's been fermented with a newly domesticated, wild foraged, non traditional yeast strain. The first beer of it's kind.
