Had on tap. Viscous black body with a mocha cap. Bourbon leads maple candy and malt in the smell. Taste starts with the bourbon and wood, nothing too strong, then the maple and general sweetness comes out of it with a little brown sugar, caramel, and malt, on the sweeter end of things but not overly so. Feel is chewy and thick for a single stout, with light barrel character and good malt work, very smooth, great gravity for a single stout.
