Stout Aged In Used Jack Daniel's Barrels. Named in homage of Cavs Legend and current announcer, Austin Carr. Brewed with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and aged for four months. Rich, dark, & bursting with chocolate, coffee, and deep vanilla aromas.

Dull matte black with a short tan head settling to a thin film leaving hilly lace.

First impression is that there's a little funky spicy pungency, whether that's the barrel, or hops... I'm not sure. It very well may be that sticky, spicy JD influence. The underlying stout is nutty, woody and a cola-esque. It's a bit lighter than it needs to be, but additional layers of black licorice and light roast help it out. Black pepper and sweet maple pick up as it warms, as the medium but exceedingly frothy body comes to a cleanly semi-dry finish.

Having watched a stupid amount of Cavs games on Fox Sports with AC at the mic, I absolutely love the name. Frankly I can't believe no one else thought of it first.
