Canned on 1/5/21. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black; khaki head that fades leaving solid retention and nice lacing. The aromas have a nice blend of vanilla, coconut, chocolate, coffee and peanut butter. Some roasted peanut shells. Malts are there. The flavors follow the nose. The vanilla shines and seems to be the star. There's a lot of coconut coming through as well. More hints of chocolate and cocoa. The salted caramel comes through. The coffee comes through. The peanut butter is definitely there, but almost gets lost in the sauce. Solid bitterness. It's not as sweet as you might think. Malts do their thing. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side full-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy and smooth.

This is a very nice stout. It has a lot going on, and I mean that in a good way. It remains balanced and allows all of the ingredients take a turn to say hello. Well done.
