Double Dry-Hopped Imperial Hazy IPA. Saucy & Crooked Pecker 2021 Hop Fest Collaboration. Head Brewer of Crooked Pecker, Erik, and our CBO, Eric talked about making a big beer that was smooth and would go down easy. Neither wanted to push an agenda of strictly hops or malt on the recipe and felt the theme of “it’s all gravy, baby” was fitting – hence the name. And in case you didn't know, Hazy IPAs are Crooked Pecker’s bailiwick.
