Lightly hazy orange with a short off-white head.
Tangerine expresses with moderate clarity, yes, but so too does a hint of Hi-C. It's really entirely a tart fruited sour without any IPA characteristics whatsoever.
The medium-light fluid body comes to a tangy semi-dry-ish finish that really may even be a hair on the wet side.

I may need to make a trip to this brewer some time soon. Things are returning to normal to a small degree - I am a little slow about going out amongst the zombies and virus mutations. This brewer may need a visit, though. I am a native West sider, I just moved East a long time ago. These guys have impressed me since day one - I'll need to check out their digs.
Anyway, this brew pours like a New England style IPA in color and aroma. Cloudy yellow and stanky hops. The pineapple, milk sugar and vanilla beans combine with a medium IPA base to form a moderately tart/sour IPA with just a little too much pineapple (but it's still great). It goes down clean with a tart and just slightly fruity finish. The unique yeasts they say the used on this seem to have made a nice tart beverage.
Recommended. It's not a simple summer cooler drink at all - a solid, complex and unique tart IPA.
