Our house white stout dialed all the way up and given a special cake treatment for an insanely decadent, red velvet inspired stout.

Clear neon red with minimal bubbly white foam.
Vanilla cream frosting verges into cloyingly sweet attributes to the point that this "beer" almost translates as cotton candy.
My god, I know we neckbeards have collectively contributed to this FUBAR nuked fridge, but don't call this abomination a stout.

16oz can poured into a tulip.
Pours a hazy and murky golden; small white head that fades leaving decent retention and lacing.
The aromas have a subtle blend of red velvet cake, vanilla frosting along with some mild hints of coffee. Malts are there.
The flavors follow the nose but are bolder. More vanilla frosting along with some cream cheese frosting. Some chocolate. More hints of coffee in the mix. The lactose comes through. Moderate sweetness. Moderate to low bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol is ultimately well hidden.
Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's thick, sharp, fluffy, slick and smooth.
This is a great "Imperial White Stout". They do a really nice job of emulating a red velvet cake. Nice aromas and flavors. The craftsmanship and execution is on point. Well done. I really like it.
