I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a hazy golden with floaties and had no head and is leaving no lace. The scent had subtle hints of blueberries. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright and bold blueberry presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

 

I missed this last year, but I found these a couple weeks old at the grocery store today.

It pours a very pale and very cloudy yellow with great head. The aroma is a nice combo of hazy IPA skunk with blueberries. The fruit is nicely in the taste as well - just the right amount. The finish is a nice lingering juicy IPA plus fruit.

Recommended. I have enough cans of these to share!

This beer didn't taste bad but the rep was not lying when he said this year's batch had more oats. This is the most wet granola bar tasting beer I've ever had. It doesn't taste bad but when you say milkshake ipa I expect creaminess and fruit and if you're real good at balance a little hops. This was just a complete miss in that regard but again did not taste bad, if they did the same oat heavy idea in a stout I'd be all over this.

Dude I'm having this again and it still tastes like a granola bar straight up. I double down on the original review.
