L: Had this beer on-tap at Third Street Brewing Company, poured into a pint glass. Had a dark brown color and a cloudy texture. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Below average lacing.
S: A decent aroma of malt, hops, light fruit, and some caramel.
T: Tasted of a tinge of light citrus (lemon), a lot of toasted malt (to be expected), some light caramel notes, hops (more than expected), and a lightly nutty quality. While not the most complex flavor you're apt to find, this one is quite focused and clean. Very well done.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth, dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Dusty Road is one of those straightforward, easy to drink kind of beers. Nothing fancy, but certainly likable.
