L: Had this beer on-tap at Third Street Brewing Company, poured into a snifter glass. Had a bright yellow color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Fair lacing.
S: A decent enough aroma of citrus fruit, Belgian yeast, persimmons, spices, and wheat.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of wheat (present throughout), a little bit of Belgian yeast (not a huge ingredient), some of the advertised persimmons, a little pepper, and citrus fruit (lemon). They seem to have set out to make a super-light beer, but they left out a lot of the flavor. It's light to the point of almost being nonexistent. Still, it's sweet and fruity.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a thin, almost watery finish. Light-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, to be sure, but not without charms. Worth a look.
