L: Had this beer on-tap at Third Street Brewing Company, poured into a snifter. Had an amber-ish color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A fair aroma of Belgian yeast, spices, citrus fruit, and hops.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of citrus fruit (orange, in particular), some of the typical barnyard funk, a little bit of spices (pepper, in particular), and some hops. Another flavor that seems to be drastically underpowered. It was definitely funky, but, it lacked much character. All the ingredients were there, but seemed to be lacking.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a super dry finish.
O: A disappointing beer. Could've been better.
