Copenhagen 27/7 7 2021. 75 cl corked and capped bottle from VæskeBalancen, Valby Langgade, Valby. Lambiek Fabriek's usual design with a horned Skull in the center and deep blue and purple band around it.
Pours unclear rose with a mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a light whiff of sweet berries soon overcome by a strong, tart scent of unripe berries with a streak for funk. Sweet blackberries. Sour gooseberries with a touch of vinegar. Sour cheese and musty basement.
Medium strong carbonation.Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit sharp. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Crisp, dry and very much on the tart side.

Purple - red color, beautiful white foam.
Fruity smell (blackberry and other red fruits), on a lambica base, with the right sourness.
Fresh and pleasant. Clean sourness in the taste, citric note, round.
Again, pleasant blackberry notes.
Long fruity aftertaste, sugary but really clean.

Bottled March 2021, enjoyed January 28th, 2023. Poured from a capped-and-corked 750mL bottle into my Drie de Fonteinen tumbler.
Clear orange peel liquid supports an active papaya whip fist, receding to a rouse-able fine cap. Even soapy lacing; superior retention.
Malt, fruit, and funk compliment one another in the nose. Floral, barnyard, and blackberry with a hint of acidity.
Sweet core with crackery malt, rock sugar, and lots of fruit. This quickly is surrounded by a puckering tartness and a complex lasting funk. Finishes dry and bright with the blackberry emerging in the aftertaste beneath a wave of Brett. notes (pepper, alpine cheese, wild mushrooms, etc.).
Medium-light bodied, creamy, yet fairly crisp. ABV reasonably well concealed. Full carbonation.
Wonderful wild expression.

750 ml capped and corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Rosé to peach colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, oak and blackberries / bramble. Sour flavour with the same elements as the aroma, also notes of lemons and fruit vinegar.

A 750ml corked and capped bottle, bottled in August 2020, with a best before date of bottled date + 5 years. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy pinkish orange colour with an almost two fingered fluffy white head that had excellent retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Berries, blackberry, farmhouse, dried sweat, funky, floral, lime.
Taste: Tart, lightly sour, blackberry, funky, farmhouse, damp wood, with a splash of lime on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Slight creaminess, medium bodied, with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Very enjoyable and easy to drink as the fruit and funk were balanced.
