Wow. On tap at Windsor Homebrew in Anheim, CA.
Gorgeous. Gold to copper in hue. Solid sandy head that stays firm for a minute or so, then she settles.
Firm, bright lambic nose. Strawberry needs to be searched for.
Flavor is full, puckering, and yet graceful. The star berry comes through on the swallow.
Good carb. Great light feel.
