From the tap at Ferndale Project.
This pours a light tan. Floral nose, soft and flowery notes on the sip. Smooth finish. Pairs nicely with a slice or two.

Pours a golden to amber color with a small white head that goes away quickly. Has a light watered down grain smell to it. Taste is of hint of malt and caramel.

A lovely light golden color in the glass. Has a short head that doesn't hang around, and leaves a bit of lacing on the glass. The smell is very mild and slightly sweet, with a bit of astringent odor. Mouth feel is slightly syrupy and smooth. The taste is mild and sweet, with a good malt flavor and a just bit of hoppy bitterness.
Overall this is a very enjoyable beer. The smoothness and sweetness and mild bitterness are a pleasant change for the hops assault of so many craft beers today.

Canned on 2/15/24; consumed on 4/25/24
Pours a foggy, straw-gold body capped with over a finger of fluffy, off-white foam and sporting a steady stream of effervescence; decent head retention leaves a paper-thin cap, larger, frothy collar, and evenly distributed array of webby lacing strewn around the walls of the glass.
Aroma features cream of wheat accented with a lime spritz before welcoming oncoming cereal grain, soft lemon shreds, and distant hints of white toast.
Taste opens to lime seltzer and light straw, with residual minerality phasing to a touch of yeastiness over the mid-palate as wet grain and subtle bread crust marks the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel shows a medium-light body and moderate-high fluff of carbonation, dispersing semi-taut textures to a wavering crispness past the mid-palate and a clean, passive finish.
Ultra-light and minimally refined, this Kölsch is soft and quaffable despite struggling to really stand out in any capacity.

Well crafted Kolsch, nice crisp noble hops, malts area there too rounding out a medium body. Impressed with EMB

Poured transparent amber color and topped with a brief manilla colored head which leaves little lacing.
The aroma was lost on my nose, it’s damaged so nothing new there.
The taste wasn’t lost at all, fruity esters lead the way and biscuit malts come in at the swallow with a mild hops bitterness wrapping around the whole sip.
Did I say sip? This drinks way too easy for sipping. High quaff-ability here.
Pleasantly surprised by this, I will need to try more of their beers!

Really good, nice and refreshing Kölsch. Unlike some really light beers, this one is not bland or flat. Not super hoppy, but very refreshing. Perfect beer when spending time outside in the warm summer.

1 PINT can
Served in a pilsner glass
This beer pours pale yellow and is clear. It is topped with a few inches of eggshell head that leaves some real nice lacing.
The smell is grain, grass, lime, lemon.
The taste starts out with light grass and grass. The hops come in to give a refreshing light citrus flavor. The finish is pretty clean.
Thin bodied with a light mouthfeel
This is a crusher for sure. Eastern Market is rising the ranks of my favorite breweries. They make some real solid beer.

Pours a golden color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. No discernable aroma. Tastes of yeast, golden malts and hops. BUY of 19 so no hoppy bitterness. Finished light and creamy. A beer ready to be sampled after yard work.
