Serving: On tap in a sampler at the tour at the Woodinville, WA brewhouse
Served: 4 July 2015
Appearance: Pours a light yellow, but with a better hue than several of the more sickly looking blonde ales out there. Light, froathy, pearl head which collapses down to just a sheen around the edges of the glass.
Smell: Sweet malts, like freshly baked honey wheat bread. Really faint herbal note if you're hunting.
Taste: Soft, bready sweetness and not much else. A bit of grainy astringency. Overall pretty pedestrian.
Mouthfeel: Light body with medium carbonation. Reasonable.
Overall: Not a bad beer, but an uninspiring one at best.
