I had this beer on-tap in a Pilsner glass at the Redhook Brewlab.

Appearance: medium gold with just a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. A good example of the style.

Smell: malty, earthy and nutty with a very autumnal feel. Not complex, but a very classic Oktoberfest.

Taste: sweetish with plenty of toasty nuttiness and some earthy hop character. Like the aroma, a very classic Oktoberfest flavor.

Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a huge carbonation and a good creaminess for the style. I quite dig it.

Overall: like many Oktoberfest beers, it's a bit biscuity, which impacts drinkability for me. Still, it's a very serviceable example of the style.
