Dropped our daughter off at UNH for her final year, and stopped at Redhook first to celebrate the occasion. Lo and behold, their first ever Maibock was on tap. Copper color with a thick white head and abundant lacing. It had a caramel aroma, with a tinge of fruit. Caramel taste, late hops. Sweet, filling, very good.
