Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 6/22/20.
Appearance: light golden hue with a light haze and a thin finger of frothy eggshell foam. Pretty nice!
Smell: there is a lime juice aroma here, but it is coming off as super artificial. Is it a conflict with the underlying malt? Hard to say, but I don't particularly enjoy it.
Taste: there's that lime, followed up by a biscuity malt base and a character that might be kind of a dusty hop character. It doesn't really work as a formula and I'm very unimpressed with this beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I don't know if it's the formulation or if something went wrong, but this beer is not at all successful. Disappointing.
