12 oz can. Purchased just a few days ago but dated August 2024 and likely past its prime. No clear indication of deterioration although the head was thin (but durable) even with a fairly vigorous pour. Also, I tend to prefer DIPAs with more age than IPAs. This tends to increase the grain/hops ratio in the flavor profile: an effect that seems to be present in this serving. In any case, it is nicely balanced, relatively harmonious, and is less boozy than expected for 8.7% ABV.

The sweet and tasty tropical notes mostly mask its booziness, but there is a slightly offputting metallic taste at the end. Despite that this is a pretty solid beer.

I usually forget how good Redhook Brewlab is for beer until I try another one of their beers and then OH YEAH! they do brew really good beer. Still have one in the fridge from 6 months ago.

A strong grapefruit/ coconut taste. Great smells and love the hazy look.

This beer tastes like Steel Reserve 211 and a wannabe hazy had a baby...reeks of malt liquor and is truly a task to drink.

A delicious full bodied hazy IPA. Sweet and hoppy with a lovely creamy mouth feel and notes of coconut. Very well rounded and enjoyable. This is possibly the most coconut notes I've ever gotten from a beer.

From a 12 fl.oz can dated Apr 02, 2022. Sampled July 29, 2022.
The appearance is hazy but not pulpy golden under a big fluffy cream colored head.
The aroma is pine and dank for the most part with a stale sort of white breaded note.
Medium mouthfeel that is smooth and soft.
The taste is sweet bread then it becomes a pine and light apple or pear sensation. Moderate bitterness to finish

19.2oz stovepipe can, available at the local C-store fuel station. Can't argue with that. Not hugely hazy but definitely not crystal clear. Moderate gold with a fluffy off-white head. Tropical, resiny fruit, dry, moderate bready malt body, some bitterness and alcohol but everything is fairly balanced.

Stovepipe can from gas station in Burns, OR. Hazy golden pour, small soapy head, lacing. Aroma is overripe fruit, melon, peach. Taste is a combo of tropical and stone fruit, sweet, mildly dry. Interesting tastes.
