This beer pours a pale pink tinged orange with a very large head. The aroma is aroma is straight up fresh, sour strawberry with a touch of salt. The flavor leads with a load of strawberry and an intense sourness, with a crisp and pleasant malt character, and sting of burnt sugar. The mouthfeel is fizzy and light. Overall this is an excellent sour - crisp, with perfect fruit flavor and intense carbonation.
