Saison-style ale featuring a rustic blend of malts, German noble hops, and our house saison yeast. Aroma and flavor notes of flowers, citrus, and clove; layered against a dry and spicy finish.

16oz can. Poured out a somewhat dark orange color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of floral notes, caramel, wheat and spices. Sweet caramel with wheat and spices.

Tall can purchased at the brewery a few days ago.
Pours a lighter shade of Amber, nicely hazed...delicate film and strands of lacing left on the glass.
Soft nose filled with earthy and ripe fruity notes.
On the palate it al about more soft and subtle notes of melon, earthy and dry hops...complex and delicious...well worth seeking out
