Pours a hazy, murky straw yellow with two fingers of white foam on top. Head retention is fair, with a few strands of lacing left behind. Aroma is citrus with a big lactic sour bite. Flavor profile is more citrus, orange, and tangerine with a lactic sour bite. It's a pucker inducing, warhead level sour. Mouth feel is medium in thickness, with a fizzy, effervescent feel. Overall, a fair saison that has been given a sour bite.

Served in a 16oz snifter from a 22oz bottle. First bottle run and release.
