A - Pours a bright, clear golden body, rocky white head, persistent fat, rocky cap, extensive lacing.
S - Strong minerality, floral honey notes, soft peppery spice.
T - Follows the nose, with an open of honeyed grains, grassy floral notes, and a limestone note in the subtle bitterness of the finish.
M - Prickly open of strong carbonation over light weight, and dry, clean finish.
O - Superb low key Saison, tasty and bright, an easy drinker that delivers a pleasantly soft slice of farmhouse.

Pours a translucent yellow with a finger and a half of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is lightbodied, but still hearty notes of Belgian yeast, ripe banana, clove, spicy hops and rich bready malts. Flavor profile is a sessionable Belgian saison, hitting notes of banana, clove, bready, earthy malts and zesty, spicy hops. Yeast is lovely and abundant. Mouth feel has a light firmness from a slightly crisp exterior (picturing a steak cooked medium with the brown outer portion being crisp and the exterior soft). Overall, lovely yeast and light bodied play. Lots of flavor packed into a modest ABV.
