Pours a clear pale yellow with two fingers of dense, stark-white foam. Head retention is fantastic. Aroma is floral, herbal, strawberry, fruity hops and a soft hit of grassy hops and bready, biscuity, doughy malts. Flavor profile is floral, herbal, fruity hops layered over lemony, grassy hops and nutty, biscuity malts. Expressive depth within each sip. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a very light silty graininess that sticks through each sip of the soft-carbonation. Overall, amazing depth considering its ABV level. It packs a lot more in than most lagers and uses that to its benefit.
