Pours a lightly foggy bright and light straw color Head is two fingers of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is cellar stone, cracked black pepper and dark fruits with bright citrus and orange behind. Light lactic bite that grows as the beer warms. Flavor profile is orange, papaya and grapefruit with a little earthy grist in there as well. Background notes are cellar stone, cracked black pepper and dark fruits. Mouth feel is crisp and thin, giving it a refreshing quality. Overall, citrus touch is great with a lovely little lactic bite too, adding up to a noble lightly sour farmhouse.
Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 22oz bottle.
