Pours a hazy, semi-obscured orange-yellow with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is heavy wafery, crackery, biscuity malts with more spareing bready and lightly nutty malts behind. Slivers of grassy and lemony hops add a little zest. Flavor profile is crackery, biscuity, earthy, bready, nutty, and wafery malts, in order of strength. It really leads and drives with that saltine cracker malt quality. Mild grassy hops add a little extra zest, and contradiction to the malts. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium-thin consistency. It has a consistent mild sharpness to it. Overall, crispy and refreshing. Malt forward with a touch of hops for texture.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.

Never heard of this brewery. This kolsch is really incredible. I liken it to drinking a proper & very fresh Kolsch in a brewery in the hometown where the beer style was born. Very expressive fruity yeast that is Hallmark of a proper Kolsch.
