Presentation: Draft, served in a pint glass.
Appearance: The half finger head stays around for a while and leaves behind a lot of lacing in big patches and sheets. It's a beautiful, clear, pale straw color.
Smell: It's mostly an acidic, citrus fruit aroma. There's grapefruit, orange, lemon and the slightest hint of grains in the background.
Taste: A lot of fruit flavors come through at first. Grapefruit, tangerines, lemon, mango, peach and even some blueberry. There's a strong bitter kick as well but it never gets out of control thanks to a touch of malt sweetness towards the end.
Mouthfeel: It's medium bodied, crisp, refreshing and goes down easy.
Overall: Fruity and refreshing with a lot of hop character. The sharp bitterness is very enjoyable and suits the beer well.
