Taste: semi sweet, malty, cocoa, some oatmeal cookie flavors, mellow finish. Mild sweet chocolate cake aroma. Dark brown hue, semi clear, delicate head and lace. Medium body. Not as sweet some pastry stouts. 31 IBUs
