Pours foamy head that recedes fairly quick but maintains residual foam and thin head. Cloudy gold color. Good lacing. Wheat and yeast dominate the aromas as well as flavour with banana overtones. Low bitterness and moderate carbonation. Light finish. Enjoyed it.

A: Hazy straw yellow, small but persistent head of foam, minimal lacing.
S: Banana, clove, wheat yeast.
T: MIX of cloves banana and wheat. I'm thinking, this fits.
M: Kind of thin bodied but not out of the realm of the style.
O: An ok example of the style but not an exemplary example. Glad to try it.

Pours a foggy, golden straw color with a 1-finger bubbly white head. The head is gone almost instantly but leaves a nice ring of lacing around the top of the glass.
The aroma brings notes of bananas, wheat bread, and green apples.
There's a lot of wheat on the flavor, followed by banana and cereal grains. The back end has some sour apple and pale malt.
The feel is relatively light bodied with a ton of lively carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing.
Overall, a pretty good Hefe that is a bit sweeter than expected, but still nicely balanced with plenty of good flavors and aromas. This is a great beer for a hot Summer day.

473mll can poured into Hefe glass 16/5/16 CANFIF via mathieuc, cheers man
A murky pale brownish orange, lots of bubbles feed a two finger foam that slowly falls to a thick film leaving a couple random patches
S lots of candied banana, bruised pears and apples, dry cereal, some spice, smells a little sweet but other then that seems pretty good
T still has that candied banana flavors, the yeast is strong but there's enough wheat to balance it out
M enters silky but softens out with all the bubbles, slick on the palate, banana chips linger
O I found it a little sweet for the style but maybe its just me, other then that it hits the style fairly well and goes down in no time
I'd drink this around a BBQ on a hot day, pint cans of Hefe is a sweet serving size for hot months and this stuff works well

Appearance - this beer exploded with white fluffy head apon pouring I'd say at least 4 fingers, it has faded and left very little to tell you it was there. It pours a beautiful cloudy golden color and has some very lively carbonation from the looks of it.
Aroma - The aroma is not super complicated but I think it works well you get a strong wheat zest up front followed by banana clove some sweet apple peel and white bread.
Taste - huge wheat taste up front again followed by banana clove and some apple peal, the bread doesnt feel as strong as it did on the nose and now feels like a nice easy pale malt.
Feel - This again simple yet effective for the style, its got a light watery body with strong prickly carbonation. This is a perfect summertime beer. nice and refreshing yet full of flavor.
Overall - This beer comes out and smacks you with a bit of wheat zest from the getgo but it does't loose it's way and shows you what a real summer beer can taste like. I would love this sitting out front of a brewpub on a nice summer day. Cheers!
