This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking glossy orange toned color with a slim cap of a little white foamy head. Modest spider web lace.
The aroma, oddly enough, I swear but maybe it's just me, I don't know, yes, it's pineapple and mint. To me, it's an extremely odd combination, but actually works. Yes, the more I smell the more I swear it smells like mint, like crushed mint leaves.
The flavor was sweet, fruity and herbal sweet with a fair sort of crushed minty leaves. Oddly enough, this combo sounds awful, but to me at least, it actually worked. Modest aftertaste of the pineapple and mint sweetness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fine sipping quality about it. Carbonation was nice and low as expected. ABV felt on par. Finish was crisp with the mint then the pineapple sweet semi-stickiness.
Overall, talk about the facility goes by the name of "Vermont Laboratory," well, they ain't shittin' us on that idea. Who would've thunk, pineapple and mint, together? Weird but quite good.
