Can to tulip.
The appearance was a spectacular looking murky/cloudy dark yellow color. Thin cap of a little white foamy head swiftly dissipated to leave some concave lace.
The aroma started off with some pineapple puree'-like juiciness strolling into some danky onion sweetness. Some white pepper and a touch of grassy hops on the back end.
The flavor moderately leaned into some sweetness then offered up a sly danky intake of oniony and grassy hops. Clean mobile aftertaste of danky onion and pineapple juice, really nice to me.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Moderate hop spiciness punctures adequately but isn't annoying. What a lovely soothingly smooth juicy finish of pineapple and sweet onions. Carbonation felt good. And a sturdy ABV.
Overall, very nicely done DIPA done up very close to being a New England styled one. I'd have again.

Can. Pale cloudy (but not murky!) yellow orange straw with ring, island and lotsa lace. Citrus mango papaya aroma with some raw dough. Similar medium light and refreshing sweetness with medium citrus and herbal spice bite that is not riuned by the usual NE IPA fizziness. Medium light soft body with fine carb. I'm not a fan of the style but this is a really fucking good one.
