This one has a great smell on approach. Really fresh citrus and pine. The taste starts out creamy and fruit-forward and then dries out and finishes out with the pine. This is a great IPA from the most beautiful region in Oklahoma.

Aroma is spicy/piney hops and a hint of citrus soda. The flavor is fruit, malts, slight caramel sweetness/hint of diacetyl and a piney/citrus/bitter hop finish.

Appearance:
Almost an amber ale. Copper. Darker but clear. Not really hazy.
Aroma:
Apricots. Kinda sweet. Citrus notes.
Taste:
Tasty. Nice pine, orange rind, Carmel malt.
Mouthfeel:
Low carbonation. Goes down easy.
Overall:
Not what I think of a hazy being. Kind of like a piney, citrusy amber ale. Almost like an old school Pacific Northwest style ipa with really low bitterness.

Pours a cloudy dark honey with a finger of foamy head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring with some lacing. Aroma of pineapple, citrus and hoppy resin. Taste follows nose. Very nice.

Hazy, appropriately, with a small and quickly fading head. Aroma is filled with citrusy, resiny hop notes, with an underpinning of sweet malt. Hop taste tends far more to passion fruit type tropical, than citrus--really quite nice, with plenty of bitterness but not exceptionally bitter. Soft, full-bodied.
Decent hazy IPA.

Appearance:
Cloudy amber-orange, creamy head that lasts
Aroma:
Bready, honeylike malts and equally strong citrus and floral hops. Pleasant bready yeastiness.
Flavor:
Bready, malty and citrusy with a nice floral hop finish. Significant bitterness is met with a strong wall of malt sweetness. this is a balanced IPA. If you like malt and hops in your face you will love this.
Mouthfeel:
Medium Mouthfeel. Medium CO2 and a sugary, meaty feel that is not harsh, or astringent. The cloudy material hides the 7% alcohol well in the feels.
Overall:
A rustic but well balanced and easy approach to the style. You don't have to be a hophead to appreciate. Even maltheads like me like the strong, straightforward application of grain in this recipe.

On tap. Pours a golden color with a one finger head that lingers and leaves a ring of lacing. Nose of floral and citrus hops. Taste is citrus hops on a malt forward base with a floral ending. Medium carbonation and medium body.
Solid first offering. A malt forward IPA that is drinkable year round.

Excellent IPA. Smell is awesome, very citrusy, mostly grapefruit. Tastes great. Not too piney or bitter. Has a nice citrusy hoppiness to it. Very refreshing.
