Unfiltered, cloudy, deep gold colored body. One thin finger of white head, which becomes a minor surface storm and thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma of wheat malt, cloves, green banana and green apple.
Taste is tangy from the wheat malt, and more flavors that are cloves spice and fruit such as apple, pear, and a late arrival of green banana. Mostly malt in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Quite sweet and bitterness is low. Okay carbonation.
To style but the banana is missing for most of the profile.
