A: As dark as the name suggests on the night of a new moon hidden under a full canopy--no starlight, no head. Served in tulip. Pretty good legs.
S: Brown sugar, vanilla, oak, dark chocolate cherry.
M: Barrel warmth. Med-full body. Hint of syrupiness, almost a velvet softness.
T: Sometimes I'm guilty of spiking my hot chocolate with bourbon in the mornings. I don't usually add coffee, but has a ristretto like roast. Hints of vanilla toffee and sweet plums. A well crafted carbonated, cold alternative for the summer mornings.
